Founded in 2009, Contact Engine was originally spun out from Nemisys UK. The LBA EIS Roundtable fund first invested into ContactEngine in January 2011 and the share sale represents a positive undisclosed return for fund investors.

Contact Engine has developed a SaaS platform that automate the conversations between corporate and their customers. The company Cloud-hosted Software as a Service employs all type of discussion channels such as SMS, phone calls, email, smartphone & tablets apps, video, social media, mobile optimised website – according to the requirement of the clients.
