The LBA EIS RoundTable Syndicate Fund

The LBA EIS RoundTable Syndicate Fund is the first of its kind in the UK. This EIS approved fund, which first launched in January 2010, offers an innovative approach for leveraging Angel investments through match funding as a cornerstone investor.

This FSA regulated fund is raised exclusively from LBA's investor member base, and offers important co-investment funding alongside LBA's angel deals. The Fund acts as a catalyst for investment in the companies chosen by the team to present to the network.

If you are successful in forming a syndicate of LBA investors, then the LBA Fund may invest up to an additional £100k in your business, which could significantly help you to achieve your total and close the round.

The first LBA SEIS Roundtable Syndicate Fund was successfully raised in October 2012 and aims to co-invest alongside LBA investors in a number of potentially SEIS eligible deals.
